Atelier Alda was born of the conviction that a well thought-out and personalised
interior design is a lasting source of well-being and energy for its inhabitants,
and all the more so if the choices made are environmentally friendly.

and who are concerned about their environmental impact
I provide you with solutions for a smart space organisation (we can even 'create' square metres, yes, yes!) while guiding you in the selection of materials with a low environmental impact and encouraging the re-use of existing materials.
I help you define a personal interior in line with your values.
The construction sector in Switzerland is responsible for 80% of waste and 25% of CO2 emissions.
The solutions? Reuse, selecting low-impact materials and good insulation!

Hello
My name is Aude Chabrelie
I am expert in optimising interior space as well as in assessing and reducing the environmental impact of buildings.
I have been working in the construction industry for over 15 years, in various key positions in the Biel region, developing more sustainable products.
I like to pass on my knowledge and I want to continue to advance research in this field, so you can also find me at the Bern University of Applied Sciences, where I am professor of sustainable construction, specialised in life cycle assessments - that's just me, and these two activities, professor and interior architect, offer great synergies.

I work with you throughout the design phase (eco-design!), right through to handover at the construction stage

I provide you with several design solutions, comprising a cost estimate and an environmental assessment that includes an exploration of reuse possibilities

You select the solution that is best for you - or the combination of solutions - and I draw up the detailed plans
I assist you in the selection of materials and ensure the handover to site management and reuse professionals
